All the areas I visited during the painting expeditions are now included on the map, with mapping pins showing their locations. When the storyboard is completed the map and the storyboard will be connected.

Began work on the mapping room today, the walls are covered with photographs of Jull Street from the photographic survey done in the research phase of the project. Every building in Jull Street has been recorded as well as streetscapes and intersections.

When Armadale railway station opened in 1893, the coach traffic along the Albany Road dropped quite considerably. This affected the number of customers using the Narrogin Inn. It is believed that Thomas Saw cut the track from the railway station to the Narrogin Inn in order to bring back customers. As this was the main track in Armadale it was generally referred to as Main Street, but in 1908 (a hundred years ago) it was officially named Jull Street.
